Natalie Manning is one of the most recently elected Directors to the board. She is a second generation entrepreneur with almost 20 years of experience to draw upon and the owner of two well known businesses; Natz’ Home Furnishings and Interiors by Natz’.

Manning is the daughter of Ralph “Bizzy” Williams and has been involved with Williams Industries in various capacities from as early as thirteen. Her creative vision and first hand knowledge of many of the roles within Williams Industries makes her a valuable female voice of reason on the Board of WII.
