Key Duties
- Support and administer all Human Resources functions
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Managing Burger King Group benefits
- Update the HRIS and other relevant software
- Administer the payroll processes
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Ensure that all employees are kept informed about company policies, and all relevant information
Candidate Profile
- You must have at least three years general human resources experience
- Relevant HR training and certification and knowledge and experience in HR Best Practice
- Knowledge of all labour legislation
- Knowledge and experience in industrial relations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in HRIS
- Highly confidential
