Thomas Allan Herbert, is the holder of a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Science – Electrical from the University of Edinburgh. Over the years he has had the opportunity to put his skills to work with his extensive experience across many industries as a General Manager, Managing Director, Project Manager and Director. Thomas was without doubt the man who made the Port St. Charles marina project a huge success. His calm reasoned approach to project management and to motivating people and his tenacity and commitment to sticking to the simple truth are second to none. He brings absolutely reliable opinion and advice to the WII Board.

Thomas is a rock steady husband father and grandfather who loves guiding his children and grandchildren. His passions also include assisting the needy and aged. Currently he is enjoying a favourite vocation, farming in between helping with the management of troublesome projects..
